As a Senior Landscape Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our projects and our team.

You Will:

• Lead high-profile landscape architecture projects, ensuring innovative, sustainable design solutions that respond to our clients' needs.
• Drive project implementation from conceptual design to construction documentation and administration, maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
• Develop and strengthen client relationships, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Contribute to business development activities, including proposal writing and presentations, to help secure new projects and opportunities.
• Uphold and promote our commitment to community wellbeing and environmental responsibility in every aspect of our work.

Who We Need:

• A professional degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or Urban Design (BLA or MLA preferred).
• At least 7 years of relevant experience, ideally within a consultancy environment.
• Registration with OALA or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong visual and graphic communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing complex projects and teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage client relationships.
• A commitment to professional development and community involvement.
