On Thursday, March 9th, join Michael Ormstron Holloway, Certified Arborist and Principal, Landscape Architecture + Urban Ecology at the Planning Partnership for a continuing education webinar.
Michael has been a steward of our urban forest since childhood and has embraced landscape architecture as the most effective medium with which to do this. Michael has made his career at the intersection of landscape architecture and ecological design, and consistently promotes a measured approach whether he's designing, implementing, or teaching about living systems.
Through a series of case studies, Michael will walk us through a handful of urban projects, demonstrating theory through practical examples; providing tools for better approaches to bioamplification in our landscape design. Beyond that, Michael will motivate and inspire us to do more when it comes to incorporating ecological design tenets into our everyday work.
